Long wait to get in the water to swim. Water was very choppy and ended up swimming off course a pretty good way. I sited a bouy that was on the return side of the loop and realized it when i got to that bouy. Getting out of the water i swallowed a lot of lake water and almost threw it back up in the transistion while heading to the bike. Just a few min over my 33 min goal.
Had to pee since the start of the swim. Stopped at the mile 15 aid station (first one) and waited in line at the portapottys for probalby 5 min. Rest of the bike went smooth. I was a few min under my 3 hour goal.
Run went ok. Made it about 15k on a good pace with no walking. After that had to take a break and walked a bit on and off. Once i got to mile 10 i walked only through the aid stations. Finished fairly strong. I was a min over my 2:11 goal for the run.
Transitions went fairly smooth. Put more sunscreen on in T2.
