Hurt my foot by upping my mileage too fast last week.
Right 2nd MT head area lig't strain: overuse type.
This was my test run, and it was still sore.
So, I didn't walk to work, used NuStep at work, then to Y on Thursday with Mom for elliptical and weights: oh, good muscle soreness!
Speaking of weight: am 2.2 lb from my goal weight. :D
