3 more 800's (4x800 tempo run today: goal of around 6:10), and then ran 2 hills at the end of that.
Ate breakfast (cheerios) and coffee before run, brought water with (just 10 oz hand-held) since it was so hot.
Serious ball of sweat after the run; then off to scrape the house.
Felt really good today, nice pace with walk breaks in between, and no aches.
