Clif bar and coffee before run. new Asics Gel-2160 or some such. Left foot felt good, Right not so much, but I think that's because I hurt that foot somehow yesterday and the MT shaft b/t 2nd & 3rd rays was swollen/sore.

Will wear old shoes for 5K on Saturday.
