Wanted to do some weights, so did a TM workout. eh. Did a bit of intervals, listened to Podrunner. Wasn't thrilled with the workout. But I did get to lift weights for upper body, have to do core work later.
Dumb tv in front of the TM, the one I wanted to use was grinding loudly...
At least I got to put some miles in.
Wore new shoes; still not very thrilled. My feet kinda hurt in them... not sure if I'll keep them. Maybe I'll do a longer run in them later this week to get an idea of how they affect my feet. I still like the cheapy shoes best :)
