Clif bar and coffee prior to today's run. 3 min warm-up walk, then ran continuously. Nice morning, less humid.
I'm starting to wonder if I should be trying to run continuously more on my long weekend runs... Galloway would say no. I'm so wore out right now on the long runs, even with the run 3/ walk 1 ratio, that I wonder if I'd bonk sooner or feel rotten... worrying if I'll be ready to handle the Half, and if I can manage to challenge myself, or just barely finish...
