dang: forgot to get the auto-lap going again. It's been hot and humid. Very foggy and magical looking this morning. Felt like a bit of a dork in matching pink skirt and shirt, which I also wore to drop the kids off at daycare. sigh. No real twinges anywhere, ran steady with no walk breaks. lots of water before and after. Sweaty!!
