Ok, Garmin goofy: The first 3 laps were done on Tues AM. The last 7 were done Thursday midmorning, about 10:20 to 11 AM. The Tues was a warm-up. ret to run after race thing
The Thursday run was macho- cold, windy, pelting rain. Felt rough, tough, and ouch, those icy raindrops hurt!
Wore RRS wind-pants, LS skirt sports shirt, and jacket, earcover thing, gloves- and that was just about right.
New shoes: gotta enter those in here- trail shoes, thicker smartwools, felt pretty good.
Left hip 85% better after that *%^$(*) Half.
