Did 1 min of walking on the 8's (16, 24, 32, etc) roughly. Felt good and although I was tired at the end, I wasn't dragging too bad.
I need to decide if I want to keep walking intervals in at this frequency, or more often....Galloway would have me do 3/1 at my pacing, which is what I at WhistleStop. I think the next long run I do, I'll have the Garmin break the intervals into 3/1 and run it that way, see how it affects the overall pace and time.
