Ran 6 x 800, with 2-3 min walk breaks in between.
My garmin goofed up on the last lap ( maybe last 0.1 of a mile), and said it took over an hour, so I deleted that lap and refigured remaining distance, and time...kinda weird.
I am getting a cold. Nose starting to get stuffy, a bit of a cough. sigh.
Oh, coffee and mini-clif bar before, eggs and toast after. Felt good, no aches or pains. Brought water with.
