Solid run. Mildly stiff to start off (7:24mi) but I quickly started to loosen up and speed up. Going down the hill on fulton street I gained some momentum that lasted the whole second half of the run. Lately I have been feeling heavy and slow, so it is nice to feel strong again. My form was clean and if anything I was going fastest at the end of the run. Sweat a surprising amount for 55F though, shirt was wet down to my shorts. I had no trouble with mileage tiring me out this week so next week I may try to go for 45+.
