Notes
Cold, rain, and wind. Started off during the warmup feeling pretty good. Only about 1/2mi into the tempo I developed a cramp in my abs that stayed with me pretty much the whole run. This was supposed to be a marathon pace tempo but I guess I didn't have a great feel because I went a bit too fast. Morse st especially was flooded so I was basically running through a few inches of water the whole way. Wind was not bad at the start but slowed me down the last 3mi or so.
