What a mistake, felt like shit all day and it was all for nothing. Needed some quick miles to let off aggression. Started off slow but did a gradual pickup over the 2nd half. Last mile was 6:05. Somehow I managed to tweak my calf last night but it was ok running. Weight was low because I hardly ate anything all day.
