Another challenging swim workout. Warm-up: 400y free, 300y kick, 200y drill, 100y scull. Main set: 6x100y paddles (hard effort, breathe on the 5's), 10x25y free sprint (no breathers), 4x100y IM (fly, breast, back, free). 100y cool-down (string the lane lines)
