This morning's masters swim. Warm-up: 200y swim, 200y kick, 200y pull, 200y scull.
Main Set: 4x125y pulls on the 2:45, 4x125y breast w/ paddles on the 2:30, 2x200y IM (10s rest)
200y cool down to finish things off. Good solid workout, but I can tell my shoulders are going to be yelling at me for the rest of the day.
