Run portion of the Nautica Malibu Olympic distance triathlon. Run went a lot better than I thought it would, especially given how hot it was (I guess all the summer running paid off). I felt like I was barely moving but I think that's a side effect of coming off the bike, I thought I was probably doing a 11-12 min pace and in the end I was actually running sub-10, surprise! A good run but I was really ready to be done by the time I finished :)
