Pace was all over the place. Easy 9:15 warm up for 1/2 mile, then up to 8:30 pace for a while, then up 8:00, 7:30 and as fast as 6:40 for 1/3 of a mile or so. Then recovery back down to 9:15 for the last mile or so.
