First long run with the amphipod pack. 20 ounces lasted until about mile 6. Maybe I should've gotten a camelback?
Tried to keep my HR under 141 (mafetone training pace). Walked even a couple of early hills to stay under that number. Gave up around mile 5 and let my HR go up to 150. The last mile or so I ignored it altogether and hit 160 or so coming in.
Longest run to date and also my slowest per mile time at over 10.
