Had a great first 8k! It was definitely my best race so far and I'm excited for what's next! The 8k was definitely as hard as everyone said and the heat made it that much harder, but it was still a great race. The whole race I was in a good middle pack that stayed together until about 5k which was awesome. I only wish I could've matched big mikes move.
