Nice cross train session. Had a really good appointment today! Took some ghetto x rays (ultrasound) and didn't see a stress fracture. Now I can sort of get that thought out of my head moving forward. I did however maybe find a solution. There was a spot in my ankle that mimicked a rolled ankle and the doctor popped it back in place. He said the inflammation will take a few days to go down, but the source of the problem has been fixed. I really hope this is the case, but I'm optimistic about it! Going to run tomorrow and then try to time trial on Friday!
