Notes
I had 2 real goals for this race: stay packed up through 3k then move and try to feel as though I could do another 2k at that pace. I feel like I completed both those goals for sure! Started to pick up the pace right at 3k and had an awesome back half. I also felt super great throughout this whole race and didn't feel like I really pressed, so I'm excited to hit that other gear during the 8k next week.
