Absolute killer of an elliptical workout. Decided I was going to set the progression up by building every 10 minutes by my heart rate. The first 5 minutes was easy warmup, next 10 minutes was 130+, then next 10 was 140+, then 150+, 160+, 170+, and then for the last 10 minutes I split the progression up into 5 minute intervals. The first 5 keeping it about 185 and then the last 5 all out. As you can see by the splits above, the workout went to plan and I executed to perfection. Very happy with this workout and even though it wasn't outside with the boys on a progression, I still worked my ass off.
