What a great run. I have not felt this good since I began my training, as well as the day was perfect. So I decided after the 2nd mile that I was going to get after this one. The 4th and 5th mile were awesome because my legs were just moving without my heart rate really changing. I didn't feel like I was really pushing anything. Then the last mile came about and I decided to actually push a little bit and almost dropped 30 seconds off between miles. Felt amazing! I even felt better knowing that I definitely could've went even faster.
