Very hot on this run, only turned quick at the end because we wanted to get done so bad. Tuff having a Friday long run because I usually double Fridays so I needed to double on one of the days this weekend, but I like to sleep in on Sundays and do a lot of stuff, so no double happened, meaning we are three miles short of the goal 80, but 77 is a solid week!
