Went forward with the workout. Honesty felt really good on the workout until the 3-4 200s at the end. I think moving fast and hitting the curves really inflame my ankle and shin. Got in the trainer after, iced, and talked to Caden for a bit. Think I have an action plan as to how I can manage this. Going to heat and take ibuprofen before every run, ice and stem after, and then start a shin strengthening program on Thursday. Not really sure if this is shin splints or not, but I am down to try literally anything. Hopefully as we move forward I can take care of this inflammation, strengthen my shin and ankle, and then in the off season really focus on strengthening these weak spots. A fracture is still not off the table and something that hasn't left my mind, but at least I have a focus for the rest of this week.
