First workout back! Really was a rough one. Never had my heart rate reach the 200s before so this was an experience. My legs are dead and I am dead, but I'm happy to be running again!
Workout was 1k T (3:27), 5x800 I, V02, I, V02, I (2:30, 2:25), 3x 150s

I was dead after the 1k so I was very surprised I pushed through the 800s. Never thought I would be able to push myself so hard but I did. Learning a lot through this injury experience. Shin isn't much better, but I'm just going to keep trucking. I will be in the pool tomorrow.
