COMMENTS: 34:29 (126 ahr, started intentionally slow), 31:40 (135), 32:29 (136), 33:36 (136), 36:30 (139), 33:41 (146), 34:27 (145), 38:41 (136), 39:36 (133) (all prev with breaks of 1 to 3 mins at end of lap), 29:33 (pushed it hard, 155 ahr - and no break time since last lap). Tired at around 21 miles, talked myself into pushing last lap (and realized not so tired - just being lazy)
