COMMENTS: Slight variation on route with walk from SCB at start and end; only a couple of prunes for breakfast (stomach was off), and still tired from Saturday/yesterday, I guess, because this slowish run was real labor. Did first 2 miles in about 19 mins; on way back, ran 0.6 miles (from 2.4 to 3.0) in 4:20 (a 7:20 mile), which pooped me out, so went slow again until stopped. All muscles felt OK, just lacking energy. Felt like more work than a slower-than-9-minute-mile run should be. Beautiful day. Now need to rest for Saturday TriColor run.
