Ran very slowly from the suspension bridge in the Plantations up to Horse Farms, and then out to the Community Gardens on Freese while looking for Tristan's friend Freya, who was temporarily (luckily!) lost. Although I stayed on my toes the whole time, and the adrenaline kept things from hurting much, the pain was significantly higher for the next few days.
