200 Pull / 200 Kick WU - 3x500 Free on 10:00. 100 Kick / 100 Pull WD. This workout wasn't as good as I had hoped. I am feeling better and was able to alternate side breath the entire set of the 3x500 Free. I was pretty wiped out after each one and I'm not even sure I would have been able to do 1,500 Meters straight. I need to do a time trial the next time I get back into the pool.
