Mentally i needed this run. I was feeling unprepared but needed that 1 run that just makes you feel ready. This run did just that. I had no issues at all and worked hard the whole run, definitely felt stronger and stronger as I progressed. At the end when I ran the 8:50 last mile my body was loving the slower pace even though it wasn't that slow. Unfortuneately I'm going to be probably at my heaviest in a few months for Ragnar but my Body Fat % is way down (13.5%). I'd like to race at under 150 and I have a few days to get there. I'll focus more on slow 1 - 2 mile runs and a few sessions on the eliptical today and Tomorrow. Nothing on Thursday. Friday is go time baby!
