This hurt! I was still sore from the day before and now I'm really going to be hurting tomorrow. I think it's important to cross train and do some upper body strengthening too so I'm going to try and stick with this plan. 4 Sets of 15 for the rest of the week then starting on monday move to 4 sets of 20.
