What a nice day to run! The weather was almost perfect conditions although a bit more humid but it's getting there and apparently so is my fitness! The plan was to go out and do a hard first 3.1 miles to simulate a 5K then take the rest of the run easy. The first mile is a bit off because I got stopped at a stop light in the first .25 Miles for about 20 - 25 Seconds (Maybe more) but I think If I take 20 Sec off conservatively it would have come to a 24:24 5K (7:53 Pace) which I am ok with. The best part was that I felt like the last 3 miles was at recovery pace and it turned out to be sub 8:30 on average. Gotta start thinking about new pair of the Ultraboost...closing in on 300 miles.
