Actual Workout: 6 x 100 m. strides w/ full recovery.

These strides felt great. I was in great control and the effort was on point. Relaxed and in control. Hokas are definitely not the best for strides, LOL. The weight and also the grip (pavement was wet). I just feel like these are some of the best strides I've ever done. They just felt like what I've seen described.
