Ugh! Legs felt like complete garbage. Very sore. I definitely overdid with the weights yesterday. Either that or my body is just getting used to doing them again. I haven't been to regular with them lately. The good news is that because of that, it was no issue to keep the pace nice and easy. I wasn't tempted at all to pick it up. After doing my strides and stretching my legs felt better though, so I think that with a good night's sleep, I'll be ready for tomorrow's workout. The strides really felt good. I think Jon is right...just don;t think about them and just do it. Looking forward to tomorrow's workout. Gonna have fun with it and not worry about it if I don't hold pace the whole time.
