It's amazing how great doing a few miles the evening of a long run day makes me feel. I feel absolutely fantastic now. I don't know if works for everybody, but for me it is a Godsend. It was super-hot, but when I'm just jogging 4 miles, it's like, "whatever". I also noticed that my glutes/hamstrings feel strong and I haven't felt my pirimorsis in a few days. Guess what I started doing this week? Weight training. Hmmmmm......
