It was uncharacteristically dry this afternoon. What a difference. Running in 90 degree heat is not that bad when you take away the humidity. Felt good, so I pushed the pace the last 10 minutes and got the legs turning over a little. I felt really good after feeling like poop yesterday. My glute/hammy continues to improve, even if only a little bit. Did my strides in front of my house and slightly down hill and was flying. They felt really good as well and I was really able to concentrate on my form. Did the Bia Hip routine post-run.
