Don't remember how long the run was and I don't feel like finding out so my guess is close to 3. It was warm out there but I won't complain because it was a beautiful day!! Ran with all the coaches.. hammy/hip were a bit tight and stiff after as well. Had a meet yesterday after school so didn't get to run and tomorrow we are leaving at 5:20am to go to a meet and I'm working homecoming when we get back so won't get to run tomorrow either :-\
