Gaaah it was so hot out today.. it doesn't help that most of our runs are on country roads that are wide open with no shade what so ever. Ran with the coaches again.. Hamstring was tight pretty much the whole way and the whole hammy but it wasn't a sharp pain or pinpointed.. not sure if that is better or worse than what I have been feeling? Who knows.
