Notes

XC practice at CCP. Ran with the coaches on the way out then picked it up with Lundo on the way back. Was hard to breathe because of the humidity but once we got going I felt the best i have since I started running after the baby. Usually I've been hitting the wall around 20 minutes but my legs felt pretty good the whole way. Started to get tired the last 2 miles but breathing was still ok. Miles were 8:44, 8:17, 8:23, 8:07, 7:38, 7:22 so it felt good to progress through the run. I wasn't sure how i would feel since this is the longest I've run but at the turn around I felt good so just kept building. Lundo told me to go with a mile to go because wasn't feeling great and i wasn't either but I ended up pushing it a little more and was surprised with the 7:22 mile. I'm getting there!
