Had to get out and get something in because it was 40 degrees today! and because I haven't done anything in forever. My mom was here to visit for a few days then Roland's dad has been really sick so life has just gotten in the way. Felt ok on the run.. very uncomfortable of course with feeling like I had to pee. Legs felt ok.
