Notes

Decided to try and run again.. don't know why because I know it's gonna hurt. Just did 1 mile continuous which ended up hurting less than when I tried jogging mixed with walking. Was probably going 7:50-8 minute pace. Pain was there from the start but didn't necessarily get worse but was just constant the whole time. No pain the the glute really but just very high up in the hammy and then tightened about halfway down the hamstring. Was a little sore afterwards but not like the first time I tried last Monday. Was gonna go to the Y afterwards but didn't want to irritate things more and wanted to see how things felt just from running the one mile. Will go to the Y tomorrow and then try running a little again on Friday. The PT gave me this walk/jog thing to start doing every other day so we'll see how that goes.
