Ran from school.. we had meetings until almost 4 so had to wait around.. finally got out.. it was pretty chilly and windy by the time I got going. Legs felt pretty good.. hammy tight as usual but not horrible. Gonna try to squeeze in a run tomorrow but we'll see if i have time since I am working the wrestling meet at 4:30.
