Decided to try running continuous today instead of walk/jogging which actually feels better.. I think because the stop and starting makes things worse. I would say this is the least painful run I have had since this all started. I didn't get any tightness in my glute and the last couple days I have had a more intense tightness toward the top of the hammy.. the tightness today was lower, covering more area but the pain wasn't intense... so hopefully things keep feeling better as I take it slow and I can get to running more than 1 mile at a time!
