Ran the same loop as last Monday with Thomas, Gummerson and Lundo even made an appearance! Went a bit faster than last week but still pretty slow. I sucked at running again last week.. work has just been crazy with the semester winding down and the holidays coming up but still, no excuses, I just suck. So my tenonditis didn't hurt that bad since it's been almost a week since I ran. About 10 minutes in though I almost tripped on Thomas' feet or something so I had to stop real quick and the jarring hurt the hammy. Other than that things went pretty smoothly, noticeable of course but I'll live.
