Probably the most boring run ever. I have a package coming today from FedEx that I have to sign for and I didn't want to miss them so I just ran little loops around our place. I probably stayed within a 400 meter radius the whole run! Good thing I was only running 3 miles! My hip had that pinching feeling again.. it was pinching all day yesterday just walking around and stuff. It was pinching less as I went along so that was good but still pretty painful.
