Ran with the coaches at McKinley woods. Started off super slow then Hens and i picked it up. The run went by fast since we were talking about our babies :) My watch didn't link so not sure of the distance so this would be my guys with the time. Felt good to get out there again since hadn't ran in a week because we had community service day last wednesday and i couldn't make it to practice on Friday.
