Ran Duck then did 2 Loomis hills then headed to the track and did two laps of striding the straights/jogging the widths on the football field (4 strides total) then finished the run to make it to 30 minutes. I felt alright on this run.. better than I've felt on most Tuesdays but still a little tight/tired from yesterday. My hammy/groind and butt were tighter than they've been as of late which is what I figured would happen with the workout yesterday. Overall a decent run though.
