Notes
Well despite the amazing weather yesterday and getting home from work super early i didn't get to run as planned :-\ Drake is really sick and I spent an hour at the vet.. then another hour cleaning the carpets from all of his bodily functions.. I hope he starts feeling better.
Today i had to stay at work anyway because of an evening event so I ran after school. We had a good group today.. all of the xc coaches and one of the social studies teachers. Pace was decent once we got going so that was nice. legs felt tired for some reason.. probably my crappy shoes.. but achilles didnt hurt and hammy was just a little tight in lower part... but who cares because it was 53 degrees in january and I was running in SHORTS! mmmmm
