I hesitate to call this 3 miles.. we were running really slow.. We tend to run the same 2 or 3 routes all the time so the other coaches wanted to pick something new and none of them could think of where to go so they voted me as the leader... great, I probably couldn't even run the correct route on the ones we do every day! So needless to say it was an interesting run that consisted of me going down roads that didn't go anywhere, them making fun of me and running really slow behind me the whole time haha It was good thought, made the run go by quickly which was nice sinc eit was freezing and raining! Tendonitis a little irritated.
